Technical capacity

Newtesol develops its activities in its more than 2500 m2 facilities, 500 m2 of which are exclusively used for weld overlay and special welding

Internal pipe weld overlay:
- Min. Diameter 1” length 300 mm.
- Diameter 2” forward on 10 meters.
- Base material min. thickness 3,92 mm.
Elbows, flanges and reductions weld overlays:
- Elbow min. diameter 2” to 48”.
- Flanges and reductions from 2” to unlimited.
- Max. weight 54 T.

Nuevas tecnologías de soldadura has eigh automatic TIG equipments, fourteen positioners and turntables.
